I am so surprised that so many MSE'ers are helping Celebs get richer by buying DVD'S etc.:eek:
Exercise is only good if you do it on a regular basis, therefore it must be something you enjoy doing. No - I'm not a skinny person trying to preach, I,ve got 3 stone to lose but most of that weight has gone on by trying faddy diets and celeb detox plans -they don't work.

Near Bristol, the snow has nearly gone now though. It hardly every snows here, once a year maybe for a day.
I finally plucked up the courage to take my measurements:
waist = 30" belly = 38" hips = 42"
I haven't plucked up the courage to look up what they were a few years ago. Maybe next week...0 -

Eric Prydz? Don't watch that too much, it was all sound effects for his singing, and all visual effects for the dancing. Before the SFX..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

OMG Zed, you been taking pictures of me again :eek: :eek:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Hello all, just clocking in my weigh in results today, better than expected after I ate my own body weight in cheese and necked enough wine to fell several horses last weekend. Lost a pound this week, that makes 5 pounds for me.£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

The diets shot for this week
Its my birthday today (I'm an ancient 29 years old) and DH suggested as a treat we go out for a meal at a proper restaurant, something he's never suggested and we've never done in 16 years... so we've just gotten back from this fab little chinese place down the road and boy oh boy was their food ever good. I'm totally stuffed now (both physically and diet wise) but I havent had chinese food that good in YEARS. Their beef in black bean sauce was seriously scrummy.
As its my birthday do you think the calories still count? :rotfl:
I think I'll post the damage in the morning.:A:A:A:A:A:A0
