SaffronI wasn’t able to get a secure message to send in advance (wouldn’t send in app, though it all looked fine until you actually press the button to send it) plus web login issue, so phoned them this morning to request and to enquire as to the log in problems. I was told that my password and memorable word are fine, but that Safari hasn’t been supported since December. I hadn’t used the website since last Summer for a product application so hadn’t noticed any different, and probably won’t bother getting the laptop out to test it. My new Members’ Month Regular Saver was up and running before I got off the phone so given that openings may not now be immediate, it seems easier to just secure message in app if working/call for a product switch. The 8% version didn’t appear in app as a maturity option, but then again the account didn’t launch until this morning by which time mine had matured.
Remaining funds not in my account yet but it’s Nationwide, as when I applied for the ISA they wanted original statement/cheque proof, so it was my only option. Was going to internal transfer to the Online E-Saver but the lady said I wouldn’t be able to withdraw from it online, so I thought it easier to take 2 days loss of interest than to sit in a queue again on Monday when I wouldn’t have free landline calls. Guessing they might be getting more calls than usual at the moment due to the login issues.

I have also fallen foul of Saffron's password problem and the website has blocked my access. The app is still fine. However, you can apply for the new Members Regular Saver on the website without being logged in and my new account was opened immediately and is showing on the app.1

You can also use the Saffron app to change your password (I just added a special character to my existing password to adhere to the newer password rules), and then login and apply via the website.Over62 said:I have also fallen foul of Saffron's password problem and the website has blocked my access. Nor me - tried the @ suggested in an earlier post. Might try something like - in the middle, as I’d previously opted for an end but somehow doubt it’ll make a difference.Over62 said:

The app is working for me and I've opened the new regular saver online without having to log in so I think I'll leave it there.Kim_13 said:

I speculatively opened a Saffron account in the hope that they will run a similar member's loyalty regular saver next year. I use a password manager to create and save passwords and still got locked out of the account. Saffron customer service was very helpful in unlocking - they said don't use £, % or & as symbols.PloughmansLunch said:

Is your password long enough? It needs to be at least 10 characters. And does it have a mix of lower and upper case? It may be failing for other reasonsKim_13 said:
