I already suggested that, my post has been totally ignored.

If you can't get the provider to work, change the provider.

Instacart, Amazon Fresh, Kroger all deliver groceries. Others are also available.

Walmart are well known for inconsistent services when it comes to non US residents.

Not sure where about in the US you are staying but you could always eat out on Thanksgiving, many restaurants are still open. In New York most of the shops were open Thanksgiving evening to get a jump on Black friday.
