My bill for 6 months has been £462 That including the water help discount
I live in a 2 bedroom flat with 4 kids under 10 years old
I had few call with Thames water and they weren’t helpful at all, first said I have a leak for a year and then said there’s no leak
With who to talk next?

Any chance you're on benefits at all? You might talk to their "financial struggles" team or whatever they call it and see what social tariff might be available.
If that doesn't get you anywhere I'd lodge a complaint about their inability to assist with a potential leak. Make sure you keep track of all calls made, date, time, to whom etc as that will help with sorting this out.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe and Old Style Money Saving boards.
