NSDs for yesterday (Tuesday) and today (Wednesday), taking me up to 21 No Spend Days so far this month 😄
Despite having quite a few big events and expenses this month- they've all been pre-planned and budgeted for- I have spend far less than I thought I would.
I have a few more spends before the end of this month including grocery shopping and booking train tickets for a few trips away, but I categorise these under Necessary Expenses so they don't count.
July is usually the most expensive month for me, and this year looks like it's going to be particularly spendy. Two big birthdays, a graduation, holiday, renewing our Railcards and annual travel passes and other child is going off to university so we'll have to sort out his accommodation, travel passes, shopping for everything he needs....

short_bird said:Day 20: unsure if I have really bad hay fever or something more suspicious. Suffice to say, I haven't left the house.
The inside of my nose feels swollen and sore and had been for weeks, itchy red eyes and a general feeling of feeling a bit, well, meh 🤧
Luckily I don't feel unwell so don't need to take antihistamines but speaking with others, it seems like they are equally as affected this year.
There are a few nasty coughs, colds and tummy bugs doing the rounds, so if you think you have something more than hayfever, you could speak to a pharmacist or doctor.
Hope you're feeling better soon 🤒3 -
