VOXI PIXEL 8 DEAL..... WARNING

I have just bought a Pixel 8 on a month by month contract... good deal £430
BUT......
their website pixel 8 page at the bottom says there is a deal where google will give free buds or watch.....

I contacted google who said Voxi was not an approved supplier and the buds or phone will not be supplied....
Onlin chat with voxi..... over 1hr...... they said contact google.... then disconnected chat

BEWARE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING EITHER FREEBIE.

You can't claim the freebie until 14 days after purchase (probably for this very reason).

Suspect you need to quote "Vodafone" when you make the claim, as per this bit from the offer details on the VOXI site

References to purchasing items from Vodafone also include VOXI by Vodafone.

I've bought Pixel 8 off VOXI 2 days ago I'm waiting for the delivery (next working day apparently). I will not be using the sim card as I will stay with my usual provider.  My issue is I cannot log into my account, my user name and password are fine but the site keeps mentioning it is "clearing up some bugs".  The chat line doesn't work either.  I go on holiday in 4 days time so I need the delivery pronto but I cannot contact anyone for any assurance it is on its way.  I would be grateful for advice.

That's a really good deal!! I suppose getting the earbuds would be too good to be true tbh. 
Going to keep an eye on this site for my next phone.
