Search broken again?

The search function appears to be returning only a limited subset of results currently.

As an example, if I search for the word 'investors' and filter to identify my own uses of the word, the earliest of the 18 results is from 28 February 2024, whereas it's a word I've posted many times before that.

Searching without the author filter returns plenty more results (3.4k) back to 2006.

Is there some reindexing activity or the like going on?

Feel free to merge this in with any relevant ongoing thread; I couldn't see one from a quick look through the first page!

Edit: there's clearly something dynamic going on, the same search an hour later returns 6.1k results if unfiltered, or 26 filtered by authorship, back to December 2023.

Edit2: ongoing progress - unfiltered search now has 18k results, mine are 172 back to June 2020, so it would appear to be a slow and lengthy process of rebuilding.
