I agree, however their own signage contradicts their own booking website.

Signage clearly states that you can pay for 3 hours parking for £1.50 (and as the parking location covers not just retail outlets that are admittedly closed on Sunday after 4, but also a restaurant which is open during this time and signage and booking site clearly states that this location is used by them specifically - should allow for parking at the location outside of 'business' hours) however their website to book spaces does not allow for over 1-hour bookings.

I am hoping that this will be enough to appeal, but we shall see.
That isn't really how to appeal this and your approach risks implying who parked.

Just send the usual wording seen in other Horizon threads about the NTK being 'non-POFA'.  You know from my thread of NTK pics (linked in the NEWBIES thread where I talk about POFA and 'digging deeper') exactly why this one is non-POFA, despite them trying...
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    I agree

Even if its labelled incorrectly, the screenshot states that Sunday is 10am until 4pm

The vehicle entered at 16.22 and departed at 18.48 , staying on site for 2 hours 26 minutes, after the 4pm curfew

So I cannot see any arguments or complaints by the driver etc working,  far better for the keeper to appeal using the no keeper liability due to failures to comply with POFA arguments etc
