I haven't replied to the mediation letter yet.  I don't understand what the track is.  The forms asks if I think it is an appropriate case for this track.

Please see the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread which tells you how to answer every question on the DQ.

Yes, the small claims track is correct.

Yes, you can do this: as long as you now follow the stages shown in that thread and come back to us in good time to do your WS x 2 (yours, plus your friend should do one too, properly headed and signed under a statement of truth).

Be confident. This is where you win.

does it need better wording about "junk mail" - that implies that you were not on top of responses.

I'd say something along the lines of "the template response from the claimant was filtered out by my email programme due to the suspect nature of it's contents"

Anyone thinks that is better? It's sort of putting the blame back with the claimant as to why you didn't get a response.

I think that the defence has already been submitted via MCOL. It'll cost £303 to change it now.

I've just submitted the N180 via email and received reply emails.  However, the response from vehicle control services states
"Please note that we do not accept service of documents by email"

Does that mean I have to print a copy and post to them please?

    Many thanks
