At that time you were advised to read, or re-read, the second post of the NEWBIES thread.
The first few paragraphs of the second post of the NEWBIES thread explain exactly how to deal with a Letter of Claim.
But as your Letter of Claim states, you can expect a County Court Claim Form to drop through your letterbox in the next week or so.1 -
