Hello
just got a random letter from bw legal claiming I was parked somewhere a while ago on their clients land (parking and property management Ltd)
they want me to pay £160. £100 for the parking company and £60 for bw.
what to do there is no option to ask for the original documentation?

Did you search the forum and read a few other BW Legal parking threads? You'd know NOT to pay but also: not to ask for any clarifying documentation.ignoredletterdotcom said:Hello

The parking forum works like a book of examples and resources. It looks like you missed reading NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST in capital letters, pinned at the top of the forum board.
Finally: check the address on that car's logbook right now. Sounds like you may have never updated the keeper's address, which is the most common reason for not receiving PCN letters. Changing the address on your driving licence is not enough.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It does not say LOC on it. Just that they are acting on behalf of the parking company as solicitors, it just offers many ways to payGr1pr said:Study the newbies sticky thread in announcements at the top of the forum, about 6 down from the top

Is it titled Letter of Claim or something similar?
Does it give you 14 days to respond or 30 days?
