Cannot get access to New MSE Credit Club platform

Not sure where to post this topic, but I am unable to access the new MSE Credit Club platform. I had access to the previous service, and have recently received an email saying I am invited to use the new platform.
But, I keep getting an issue where it says my login attempt was not successful (see picture below). I have reset the password and still no change. Any help would be appreciated!
