Hello Mrs S - long time no see! My way of getting there is to continue to sell stuff on ebay (tifanny ring ( junior wormery anyone?!!) but mostly cut down on the little extras that tend to find my way into my Mr T trolley!! I already have the cheapest suppliers but am also hoping for more babysitting this year...fingers crossed!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Hello! Babysitting is a good idea. I too plan to cut down on Mr T's profits this year. Just need to educate the husband... when I got in from work he asked what was for dinner and said pleeeeease no more Christmas leftovers

I am just finding out and getting into the cashback sites, mystery shopping etc so am going to try and make extra to top the payments up. Think I am going to bank it in a separate account for a few months just so I know exactly how much extra I am making from it, keep better track of it then. I know I will reach the £8000 target just by the payments I make at the moment but would be great to see how much I can exceed it by!
I'm like you ISOM, more motivated to see how much better I can do than the target I set myself!Make £5 a day challenge - February £54.28/£140

oo lovely lots of pepys! There will be ups & downs for us all & pleased smithy that you get when I mean! My main area of difficulty is def tesco - its all thise extra bits (books & wine usually!!) that push me over so must use the library more & with weight loss goals drink less - may bite the bullett & have an alch free Jan (one gin, wine & port gone!!)....I always feel better for it & strogntly believe there is a link between alch, depression & debt....despite this I still drink which is stupid but there we go! Onwards & upwards my friends!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

Hi, if we are counting the bills we already pay then please count me in. It will be astonishing to see what goes out each month and also how much further I have to go
Great thread by the way.

Heffi we count debt repayments whether that be loans or CC's but not general day to day bills IYKWIM! I that was the case I'd be home free in no time!! Mortgage payments also dont count toward this...hope people are OK with this! The whole point is to motivate us to pay as much off & give as little interest as possible to the banks!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1!
