Para 5  -  "The allegation appears to be that the motorist fails to make the appropriate tariff payment ....."  -  the POC actually state "without authorisation"

Para 2  -  ".....admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper but denys behing the driver."  typo  (denies being)

    "
6.The allegation appears to be that the motorist was parked without authorisation by their ANPR camera at the entrance and exit to the site. This is merely an image of the vehicle in transit, entering and leaving the car park in question and is not evidence of the registered keeper 'parking without a valid paid parking ticket' or of the driver not being a patron of the Hotel."

However "without authorisation" may mean VRM to be input on a tablet in hotel, obtain a permit etc. There is no mention in the POC of any paid ticket required.

Shall she take out paragraph 6?

I think theres a ipad at the hotel and if you put your registration in then you can park but if you don't then you will get a parking charge.

Yes it could be removed and still be OK.

I think that it needs rewording, not removing , it makes no sense in its current form

What the ANPR cameras record at the entrance/ exit is one aspect

The authorisation of the VRM by tablet at reception is a separate aspect

She should be logging into MCOL and checking her claim history, to see when the CNBC in Northampton have posted one out to her, Which could take some time, possibly another month or two . If its not been posted out then they are not ready for it

    Patience. !
