  • If you decide to push on this OP I would focus on the quality issues rather than the length. 

    After a replacement you can reject, burden of proof lies with them.

    Not that it has anything to do with anything but I think the blind looks good when it’s down with the tassels hidden :)

    Personally I would consider just how much hassle you want from this. I had an issue with venetian blinds from Blinds to Go and had so much trouble getting a resolution. I had 2 different sized windows in the same room and had bought for both but the larger of the 2 bowed in the middle when raised.

    They offered a change on the big one but not the small one as that was fine but the quality was naff and I wouuldnt go near the company again.
    They finally made me a cash offer which I declined but after a lot of back and forth I got it increased to a sum I was happy with.
    I really didnt want the whole 'take them down, send them back, get the refitted' going on. Sometimes I think you have to accept you have made a bad choice of supplier and product, take what they will offer you after negotiation and move on.
