Being refused return, what can I do?

I purchased from the Chinese company SHEIN back in April.
I am getting nowhere with a return I sent back to them and getting upset with the refund being refused. Can anyone please advise?
I returned the return to the retailer over a month ago, it was sent tracked and Royal Mail have marked it as signed and received by the retailer on the 11th April, the retailer are saying they have not received it and are refusing my refund! They just keep saying to contact the logistics provider- which I have…
I have provided proof to them that the return is marked as delivered and signed for by them and still the retailer will not refund me and are saying I need to speak to Royal Mail! Well Royal Mail have provided proof of return and delivery and will do no more.
A few other bits of information:
1.The return was prepaid by the retailer.
2. I purchased through ‘pay in 3’ on Klarna, but they are not helping and insisting I sort it out with SHEIN
3. I have contacted SHEIN and explained and sent proof of delivery and return so many times and they just say…

“ Hello,
Sorry we cannot provide refund for the items that our relevant team did not received for the returns.”
It’s not even the amount owed that bothers me it is the principle of it.

Thank you so much for your time I’d be so grateful for any advice please.

I thought the “signature” you got was when the item left the country not arrived at the seller?0

I haven’t received a signature, I have tracked the return via the tracking number in Royal Mail and it says “Delivered and signed”0

If the retailer organised the shipping return then that is their responsibility.
I was assuming it was returned to a UK address based on the fact they offer EVRI and Royal Mail but their site suggests they may well only have overseas warehouses so the items may still be in transit.
That said I won't buy from sites where there are no proper contact details unless it is a small purchase and something which I am willing to write off if it's no good.0 -
I did try to delete in this forum but was unable to0

For your information I am aware this is a duplicate post and have tried to delete it in this page as found a more relevant forum, however when I click the 3 dots to delete a bar just pops up as displayed in the photo and so there is no option to delete. I’d be grateful if someone could remove the post from this page and leave in the other.0

Thank you, the location for returns was a national distribution centre in the UK so I assume perhaps all returns are sent there and sorted on after that. I have reiterated to them it’s their responsibility however they just say back the same thing over and over 😔0

You need to report it by clicking on the little red flag at the bottom of the post thread/ Select 'report' and then at the bottom the radio button that says 'needs merging, moving or splitting' - add a comment to say you have now reposted over on the consumer Rights forum.
In the interim, you could amend the title of the thread to something like 'Duplicate Post - please delete' to avoid others commenting on it.0 -
My default presumption with these Chinese shipping companies is if something goes wrong I won’t get my refund. Which is why if I do buy it’s only small cheap items.
how much did you pay?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2
