Tracker - leave or disconnect? Any advice?

Looking at a used RR which I’m told by the JLR dealer has a Scorpion tracker fitted. The car’s had four previous owners and there’s no paperwork to show when it was fitted. My concerns are that should I buy it and there be any electrical issues that could be linked to its installation it may invalidate any warranty claim.…

In the end I told the dealer I didn’t want to keep it - given there’s been several previous owners and yet there’s no paperwork available. Read various owners forums and it seems there’s many that have not installed trackers simply because it has been found that systems can prevent software updates etc.
