Neither the cheap LR version nor the rip-off expensive version show the boundary ownership.  They are copies of the same map.

I'm trying a chargeback request from Barclaycard, on the grounds that the website clearly states the plans will be delivered in ten minutes and it took over 24 hours.

Does the cheap version show who owns the fences ?
No information is definitive, whether cheap or not. The register can help aid discussions and considerations. And the online register is identical to the OC that’s costs more

    That's good news.

But Barclaycard isn't a court, so their decision isn't binding in law. So the supplier might still chase you for payment. But since it's only £18, they might give up fairly quickly, or maybe not bother at all.
