Better to go in person but DON'T let the manager take the original PCN, obviously.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello everyoneThanks again for all advice. I wrote email to the ceo with two templates (copy pasted text)combined from a thread previously on mse.The lady had similiar issue being charged by pe, while shopping and spent extra time (due to different reasons)received a response and cancellation of the pcn 2 days later but I have received no response at all.
Should I sent appeal to parking eye,as I have received the reminder again and that I am not eligible for the reduced amount anymore and times running out for 28day window also.
!!!!!! it now thinking should ve paid the reduced amount when I had the chance
Thanks again for everyone taking time out to give advice much appreciate it, attatching pic of the email I sent last friday i.e 31/05/24. With statement and highlighted multiple trasactions i did at hbargains.2 -

Hi all
I am struggling to upload the image of my bank statemnet which is 7mb. Pe is accepting 4mb only.
I have tried to compress it but it is still showing the same message "file too big".
Can someone please help. I am pretty basic with computers, so quite stuck here. Attatching pic.
ALso if that is all I should include in the appeal or write like a proper letter?Tia.

You are supposed to use the template appeal in the NEWBIES thread and upload your bank statement (screenshot it to make it a single page and smaller), not tell them who was driving and certainly not admit overstay.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello all messaging for an update
Coupon-mad I am sooo soo thankful to all advice and effort and everyone else's too.i was too embarassed togo into hbargains and ask in person, but i did the next day as I couldnt upload the statement.
I spoke to team lead as manager was not in and he looked at my statement, took pic of the pcn and casually put the details in a handheld device informed me that I will not get any more letters from pe. I was a little skeptical as it was too easy but today ive received a letter from pe.
Still no reply from ceo i emailed twice in all, quite disapointmed in his lack of response or acknowledgement.

That was nice and easy!
Plan A strikes again.
Never a need to be embarrassed about complaining about private parking scams and being heard as an angry/scared customer.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
