Hello all,

I have received this PCN after overstaying 36ish mins at home bargains. It was 200plus shopping and tendonitis so took me while and i lost track of timd. I binned receipt as all was bulk toiletries and food items however i have my bank statement.

Please any/alladvice is much appreciated, also if it is 14 working days or weekends also included?

Thankyou

Even if that image was good enough - and it isn't - how on earth do you think any private parking company is going to be able to put a name to that face?
    Simple answer - they can't.

Have you seen the blue text template appeal in the opening post of the NEWBIES thread?

Imagine this... you take photo of some random individual in the street. A nice clear hi definition photo, not like the rubbish one in your NtK. Now that you have a nice clear photo of someone, how do you propose to actually identify that person? Do you imagine there is some magical database that anyone not involved in law enforcement (an unregulated private parking company is definitely not involved in law enforcement) can access that the just put a photo of someone into it and it spits out all their personal details and address?

Of course there isn't. Even if they had a clear photo of the driver, they still cannot identify who that is, never mind the one on the NtK. Stop overthinking this and please re-read the Newbies/FAQ thread on how to deal with this.

More importantly, what have you done about Plan A?

The back bit is not as shown for the "golden ticket" on newbie forums so hoping someone can guide me of i should stick to my plan please. I am attatching back photo. Thanks

    No. Plan A first.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

The deadline is 28 days after the issue date, so before the 10th june, plan A First, appeal to OE by the 7th June online, if its not cancelled by Home Bargains or by the managing agent. ( Or by the actual landowner. ) by the 7th june

Include a redacted picture of the bank statement in both, as proof of patronage

What template are you talking about? There is no "template" for Plan A. Use your own words to tell the landowner/management that you do not expect to be burdened by an additional invoice for £100 from an unregulated parking company for the privilege of being a patron of their business. Any words to that effect will do.
