Cut water bill -

for pending increase of water bill in order to remove pollution, I have a suggestion to make. Southern Water is sitting on possibly a vast amount of unused land. Is it time for them to sell off some of their asset instead of penalising consumers. The piece of land owned by Southern Water sitting right beside us has never been looked after except on one occasion prompted by the Council. They refused to sell, why?
