I cancelled my virgin tv/broadband account and it ended 12/12/23 but I am still getting billed by virgin for a netflix account, surely this would have been cancelled when I cancelled my account with Virgin, I moved to Sky and get Netflix free with my Sky account, Virgin were not helpful and told me I need to contact Netflix direct but its Virgin that are billing me and my contract ended in December what do I do ?

https://help.netflix.com/en/node/125055 - "If you cancel your package or service, one of two things will happen:
If your Netflix account has a valid payment method (credit or debit card, for example) on file, you will continue to stream uninterrupted and we will charge your payment method.
- If your Netflix account does not have a valid payment method on file, your account will go on hold. To continue streaming, sign in to your Netflix Account page and add a new payment method."
When you moved to Sky did you relink your accounts? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix0
