Thanks for the above.Since I replied to the original LOC ,
Do I need to reply to the above email ? Or just leave it. The 30 days are nearly up
I will make a complaint to the HMRC , not sure what I’m complaining about, but I’ve seen a recent reply by a poster. Will get on with that
thanks1 -
No just the HMRC VAT concerns report.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It is not a complaint per se, rather you are reporting a concern that a company is not correctly accounting for or paying VAT. Search the forum for HMRC VAT concern report.Lightnight said:I will make a complaint to the HMRC , not sure what I’m complaining about, but I’ve seen a recent reply by a poster. Will get on with that

Hello Lightnight,I have jumped onto your thread to avoid starting one - I hope you don't mind. I have been looking through a lot of threads to find ones that seem to be as close to my problem as possible or ones that are happening now, and have seen that this is something you have dealt with very recently. Do you mind me asking if you used the template letter from the newbies thread and if you changed any of the information on it when you sent?I have a LOC direct from the parking company, NPE, who state to not contact them and have directed me to a credit investigation company in glasgow. Do you know if the template should be used for the creditors too? The advice says it can be used for parking companies and solicitors. These companies are criminal just for how much headspace it all takes up!Thanks in advance if you have any suggestions.BW0

Hi Coupon-mad, thank you for your response. What is the corrospondence I should be waiting for if it isn't this LOC? Does it have to be from a solicitor to be valid? Thanks again

I should add I have looked through a thread that has almost an identical letter to mine, (IAS appeal rejected) but the last bit of information on it is from 2022, and I don't know if things have moved on at all, especially if people have been ignoring these types of letters for the past 2 years, I wasn't sure if the NPE/CIS tactics may have changed..?

But this thread isn't the place to progress your issue.101bananas said:I wasn't sure if the NPE/CIS tactics may have changed..?1
