Letter of CLAIM - DCB LEGAL -thanks in advance

Lightnight

After many months of letters (from nov last year) , I now have a Letter of Claim form DCB LEGAL
Client is Secure Parking Solutions. (But I’m sure it said Britannia Parking on the sign)
I am the keeper , was not the driver.

Parking was paid by phone app.
I have not communicated at all so far.
Reason for PCN is minimum charge not paid / overstayed maximum time paid (they can’t make their mind up!)
Photo taken at entrance and exit , with a time stamp entering and exiting but doesn’t say how long over this was. Also no details of how long and how much was paid for on the app.

I have read loads of the advice and just wanted some help please.
I’m guessing :
I now need to reply ?
Reply by email? To info@dcblegal.co.uk as on the letter ?
Deny the debt ?
ask for PDT record ?
anything else ?
thank you in advance.

Study the information in the second post in the newbies thread in announcements on how to reply to DCB legal when an LBC arrives, denying the alleged debt etc, their client will be on that LBC, regardless of what you may or may not remember3

Letter of Claim and Letter before Claim are two different names for the same thing.
React now as described in the first few paragraphs of the second post of the NEWBIES thread.3 -

Email sent. Let’s see what happens next.0 -
I had a reply from a different email address , asking to confirm my home address and postcode.
So I replied to my original email thread not the new email , which was from a litigation support associate.Don’t know if this matters but I’m suspicious of everything from these people.1 -
Thanks so much for your continued advice. This email received today after I responded to LOC with relevant points answered as you can see. Do I reply to this or wait for next stage ?0
