Hi guys,

Some advice are needed please.

For the past couple of years, we havae always pay 1 water bill to Severn Trent, as we only have 1 single water meter which connect both flat and shop together.

We recently received other commercial bill from WaterPlus with downstair shop.

However I inform them that this is not true as my current water supplier supply to both address with 1 water meter, but then they provide a different water serial number which I cannot find where my water supply is.

What should I do here?
