I also did not get an email about the new portal. When I tried to re-register (I only found out about it from this forum), the email with the verification code went to my spam folder, yet the email confirming that my account is now on the new portal went to my inbox. Both had the same email address so I 'm puzzled as to why the verification email did not go to my inbox.0

I'm another one who did not get an email. When I went to login, got stuck in the re-register palaver. It seems they now need you to have a mobile phone, guess what - I don't. The phone line is permanently blocked too. They have apparently stopped taking money. Have they gone bust? How do I get my money out?

I did not receive any email, with digits. I have been corresponding by email with their customer help dept for several months. The have sent me temporary passwords. But these do not work. I get "Account Locked" and on one occasion "User Locked" I have asked repeatedly what type of fault is seen on their system when I try and log in ie Wrong password, wrong User, no input received or what. After several weeks the person "Helping" me said on 29/08/24 she would ask their service provider for details. However I have heard nothing since...until today 23/09/24 when I received an email from a different person saying the ticked had been closed!Because I normally use Linux with Firefox browser, I have tried disabling all online protection!! Stopping my VPN Then using other browsers. Then finally booting up into Windows and using Edge browser nothing works!! They just ARBITARILY CLOSED THE TICKET. ! From now it will be complaints dept not customer help. Why didn't I ring? I'm deaf and its not a good experience for either party!0

Cannot find how to edit my earlier comment: So:Further to raising the issue to a complaint, HTB came to life and I have now resolved the issue. THey told me how to enable the Network monitor and console log. Then send in the HAR file and console messages. I use Firefox in Linux Ubuntu but if it helps others, I resolved my own case by changing a setting in the Firefox Privacy and Security settings, see below
This was normally set to the top of the drop-down list but moving it down one to "Unvisited web sites" allowed sufficient sript to run in Firefox to log in using the temporary password (about the tenth) sent by the very patient Maria in customer help. However it was looking at the console log that for me gave me the clue. Now I do not like lowering my protection one bit and think that this is not a site designed for up to date clients using full internet protection, VPN etc. But it works.I have also echoed the earlier comment by someone that both changing the user ID to the email and confining the password to 16 characters are back ward steps in security. However it does now use 2FA.
