Hi
We are trying to purchase a repossession from AMG (asset management group) through TLT (solicitors dealing with investment bank repossession sales). We were given a 28 time frame to turn around the sale 2 months ago. While we have had everything we need in place at great speed (within 2 weeks of agreeing the sale) we are still waiting on contracts to be issued. We are worried we will lose the sale to another higher offer if there continues to be a delay and we are anxious to move quickly regardless. Our solicitor has suggested that his experience of sales with TLT is that they are slow - we have both him and the estate agent chasing up contracts for last few weeks. Does anyone have any experience of purchasing from them? Any tips?
