Have been following your newbies Guidelines for fighting Parking companies etc ,
I did beat Parking eye 3 years ago for a ticket in a Halfords , and Brighton Council for an unclear bus lane ticket so im not a pushover .
But I would like a bit of feedback as to wether I am doing the correct thing .
Im fighting with Glastones letter of claim etc but when
they send letters of reply to my Queries and request that the conform
to PAP guidelines , they are not acknowledging receipt of my delivered
registered mail by Royal mail , nor are they giving me information
also they are giving out different reference numbers on their generic
letters ..
I am recording all these infractions
of PAP ,, as the original alleged parking claim against me by CPM
is false as I had a valid visible Parking permit and my own paid for space
in my old address and the managing agent confirmed this to CPM this 2 years ago.
CPM have gone rogue , have bombarded me with threats from Debt recovery
Plus over 20 letters ,texts , and now Gladstones.
I wont go into all the detail ,But basically CPM are chasing me for 4 tickets for legally parking in my own registered parkin space , but on letter of claim only 1 is listed ,, Gladstone are sending letters to me with wrong reference numbers so far I have 3 different ones ?????
i will be reporting Gladstones to the Solicitors disciplinary organisation ..
CPM do not reply to registered letters , Gladstone do not either .. I have proof all my letters were signed for by their staff ,,,
im happy to go to court, if I have to

Like many other posters will state on this forum. Stop wasting money sending signed-for letters. Send an email ( usually you will get an auto-reply from them which you can use as confirmation of receipt)2

I can clearly see that Gladstone,s are clearly not adhering to PAP , they are not giving any relevant information which is part of the PAP.They are obfuscating and trying to confuse me with threatening words and no facts which again is in breach of PAP protocol..This parking issue seems more complex than those I fought before as CPM are belligerent as are their agents so I may need advice on this one .I was very ill most of last year and unable to deal with this problem for long periods in hospital i also moved address which even though i had Mail forwarding seems to have let some correspondence go astray . but im a fighter and dont like injustice or bully'sI did beat parking eye 2 years ago for an supposed violation in a Halfords car park , and also Brighton Council in 2017 for a Ticket for supposedly violating a Bus lane which I also won as bus lane was across entrance to a local park and bowling club so anyone entering the park was getting ticketed for crossing the bus lane . i wonder how many people paid up instead of fighting back?1

You don't even have to receive an email "receipt". The header in the email in your sent box contains enough inform to prove delivery.Zbubuman said:Like many other posters will state on this forum. i also moved address which even though i had Mail forwarding seems to have let some correspondence go astray .Aaargh. Two addresses in play is bad. You need to send Gladstones the recommended LBC response in the NEWBIES thread which tells them to ERASE any old address.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have informed all relevant parties of change of address in writing ,, gladstones acknowledged,, but CPM have not acknowledged ..CPM actually demanded to see my medical records last which i refused . I am also hearing they are also harassing other people with parking permits in my old Address .2

UPDATEGladstone have finally replied to my last letter ,, They have amalgamated 3 tickets into 1 claim for the same problem none are valid as I had a Valid permit for my parking space ,, what happened to 4 th CPM ticket ???well...a new company apparently Debt collectors Phillips and Cohen are bombarding me with phone calls about this 4th ticket ,, is this a new tactic ,,, why is it not part of the claim and PAP?? are Phillips and Cohen linked to Gladstones ???I have noticed a flaw in their arguments and mentioned by Gladstones in their own words, in the recent letter to me that apparently by CPMs own admission and despite signage i am Ok to park without displaying a permit , as I have a CPM permit .So in their own word the whole case against me should be forfeit !!! amazing .The fact that my permit fell off the windscreen due to its adhesive failing and that I was in hospital and can prove it does not seem relevant to CPM or Gladstones nor the fact that I was not the person who parked the car , as I was in hospital a friend moved it back to my flat after ambulance took me to hospital. CPM actually had to issue a new permit 2 months later as original was so damaged .I am still happy to make them take me to court over this whole matter, my evidence is strong and I have also documented all the breaches of protocols and rules , by Gladstones, CPM, DPRL etcI will be preparing my reply letter to Gladstones over next few days , has anyone any comments or advice,,I should include .

So, as long as the old address is already erased then you can say whatever you like to Gladstones but don't bust a gut. Save that for the defence because they will issue a claim.a new company apparently Debt collectors Phillips and Cohen are bombarding me with phone calls about this 4th ticketNever ever heard of them.
Are you sure their calls are about UKCPM?
I am not so sure but if so, take their call, wind them up, have some fun - act naive - and record the call to share the recording with us. Let them lie to you about the legal position & record it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks guys , still wondering what happened to the 4th ticket ???? strange ,, and just spoke with my Brother and he thinks the Phillips and Cohen may be about an Affect Energy bill from my fathers estate?? ,, if so Its nothing to do with me as that was settled 2 years agoWith Gladstone its already well into the PAP part of claim , but they letters going back and fourth now letter 4 ,, they are stonewalling for sure , but The admission by them that the CPM permit only has to be issued to me to be valid is a big mistake ..1

I will mention in my latest reply to Gladstones and quote what CPM and Gladstone wrote in the letter about Permit being valid even if not displayed despite any signage ,, I will like to see how they wriggle out of that in front of judge .surely they will fold before court now0
