A few times recently I've been getting the forum saying user X is the latest person to post yet when I open the thread to view latest post it's not accurate.
So what's going on?, are user posts under review?, did a post get deleted or what?
For example take easy access thread

I think this can happen when the latest poster has put you on their ignore list.
