New Toshiba fire TV don't bother they are crap to deal with.would not recommend them .Have waited 2 weeks without a word from them

When I had a problem with my TV I used the link to their WhatApp service, answered some questions to a bot and then dealt with a real person. The TV was collected, repaired and returned. The repair process did take a couple of weeks. Who have you not heard from? and what do you want/need to hear?
