I hope that log-in to Rewards is not be be only via the app but that it will still be possible to log in directly to the website without having the app.0 -

Simply tap Earn Rewards, Exchange Rewards or View statement from the MyRewards section of your Natwest app, and you’ll be securely logged in to your MyRewards account.Alternatively, you can access MyRewards through Online Banking by selecting ‘Log into MyRewards’ within the MyRewards section of your account list.As a long standing NatWest Reward a/c holder, in February I opened a Select a/c for the £200 incentive. The Select a/c then got switched to Santander. The Reward a/c should not have been affected but my payees got removed. Also, now when I try to bank my rewards to my Reward current a/c it no longer shows this a/c as an option - only my credit card is shown.

Banking the rewards to the credit card a/c works and I only needed to set up one payee (to another of my bank a/cs which was used to cream off the rewards proceeds so probably no longer needed as a payee anyway).0

I opened both of these Rewards current accounts on the 25th April and have been funnelling £1250 through each month leaving £8 in each to go out via weekly DDs to Plum and Moneybox respectively. They both also have a PayPal DD set up.
My rewards balance on each is going up by £5 each month and some of it is now available (35 day rule).
But...
Up to now I've not paid any of the £2 monthly fee for holding the accounts.
Any ideas?0 -

Check your most recent statement also, is there any mention of a fee and when it'll be taken?0 -
Nope, nothing like that on either of them, very strange!
Someone has messed up, I'll keep an appropriate minimum balance for when they work out it!0
