GLADSTONES LETTER BEFORE CLAIM

Hello Everyone,
I apologise for making a new thread, bit confused from the original thread and just wanted to clarify a few things for myself. I have received a LBC from Gladstones, Firstly, it's dated 2nd May bur arrived two days ago but I guess that's the kind of people we're dealing with.
I received the ticket in October through the post, since then have been receiving Debt Collector letters and have been ignoring as Forum state. I missed the initial appeal period due to being on holiday. I attempted to complain to the Restaurant owner, he states nothing to do with him which I don't believe.
The date of contravention was 12th Oct and NTK was sent on 31st Oct. This would be my main argument, I know it wouldn't void the fine but could argue Keeper Liability I believe. They showed a picture of me on the NTK so difficult arguing that. I'd need support in making a clear defence.
My question would be, so for now I would be sending an email to Gladstones (Is this their general enquiries) asking for any claims to be put on hold for 30 days whilst I seek Solicitor Advice. Would I be using the template on the Newbies Thread. I have attached image of the Letter too.

Is it saying that "the driver left the site"? If not, what's the allegation?
You are NOT at appeal stage. Obviously you will defend the court claim. Always!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The picture is of me walking away from the car, I guess I could ask for all evidence. Would I be asking for that when replying to them on email too? Yes, I think I will be doing as even losing in court, it's an extra 70/80£ which idm paying than just giving in right now. I just want to make sure I don't get a CCJ.0

You won't get a CCJ as long as you defend the claim and meet court paperwork deadlines.Would I be asking for that when replying to them on email too?NONONO. You want a vague claim!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Psychangrypool, consider this... take a photo of any random person in the street. How would you identify that person from the photo? Do you imagine that there is some magical unicorn database with every single persons photo and personal detail that you can refer to?
Of course there isn't. The PPC is not the police and cannot demand that you, the keeper, identify someone in a photo. As long as you do not identify who was driving, they have absolutely no idea who it was. The only way they would know it is you is if you blabbed it to them.2 -
Just sent the email informing of correspondence, also informed of their letter head being dated as one date and receiving the letter over 10 days later. They continue playing these games hoping you miss the letter and they can catch you out.
What are the next steps after this?0 -
The claim. As explained already in post 2 of the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
