Over the weekend and next week:

Pleeease take part in the research if you have tried to appeal a private parking charge and got knocked back at first or second stage (POPLA or the IAS) or were just told "it's too late to appeal it".

The survey should keep working during May I think, because the online research is carrying on until early June.

As long as the survey works, if you fit the description, use it and be heard by the Government.  Nearly there with this now!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I definitely qualify on the computer literacy front.

I didn't appeal but defended a claim with your help. Would that be of any interest?
Just checked and it turns out i did appeal, way back when.

    I'll see if they're interested.

I put in my details; in my case the PCN rejected my 1st appeal, but I then succeeded in getting the landowner to cancel it.
It wasn't one of the survey's checklist options, but it certainly took me some effort to resolve.

Sounds perfect. The appeal didn't resolve it!

Hopefully the NEW appeals service will be like The Traffic Penalty Tribunal
    https://www.trafficpenaltytribunal.gov.uk/

Won twice in Brighton and Newbury

As long as the NEW appeals service does not have any connections to the parking industry, WHATSOEVER,

WHAT WILL BE THE OUTCOME ?
    SCAM SCUPPERED
    NO IDIOTIC DEBT COLLECTORS LETTERS
NO IDIOTIC COURT CLAIMS FROM LEGAL TIMEWASRERS

And hopefully the parking industry will have to pay for the ADR

    Respondents have said:

The researchers need to talk to people who tried POPLA or the IAS as they want to talk about what the new Government appeals portal & service should look like.

If that is you - PLEASE take part now!

Got to the point where they asked whether I appealed and went to POPLA / IAS with the 2nd stage, then the survey ends (I didn't take my PCN to the 2nd stage). My option for my PCN was IAS not POPLA and the instruction on the appeal response from the PPC was clear that 2nd stage appeal was only available to the driver (i.e. not the RK)! Seems the survey team won't get many responses for IAS if the advice (rightly or wrongly) was to not bother with them due to the Kafkaesque nature of their ADR process. Oh well!
