Is there such a thing as 12mth 0% balance transfers in effect on 'wrong' card.
rbs which I  still owe over 50% of m.2 Mac air.
Always intending to repay over this and maybe next year.
Now there's a tempting balance transfer offer, though I have to consider order of repayment as key check.
This is my fav rbs card 12.9 purchases.
    Offer expires 30th June.

    Is there a question here?

You can't pay off an RBS finance package with an RBS balance transfer card

Why add to the debt? Just pay it off as planned and avoid any transfer fee and any temptation to buy more just because it's been pushed back on the never never

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

That's why I asked as repaying as planned even incurring CC rates means I avoid 'Increasing' balances if t/ferred from other Non rbs cards for purpose of latest rbs 12 mths offer.

Yes, it's all pretty amazing and very impressive.
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.

If it staves off the second DMP you mentioned on another post, it's probably a good thing but really you need to focus on paying off the debts before the deal runs out instead of regularly paying fees to push back debts - you will run out of offers eventually. Similarly don't take on more credit / debt for unnecessary things like you have talked about as you clearly cannot afford your current debts

It's going to be very 'Interesting' next year.
What I can look forward to is any remaining post rbs offer balance reverts to 12.9% which is very reasonable.
VM at offer end reverts to 24.9% though I'll have option of using short term savings if required.

Why not pay off the card before getting to the point of paying interest and thus saving money and improving credit rating? Carrying an interest bearing balance will make your credit record worse
