    OK and of course page 2 tells you your WS and evidence deadline. No need to show us.  You have the deadline in that letter.

You have to prepare as if it will go ahead and meet the court directions, even though we all know that DCB Legal will no doubt bombard you with desperate offers to 'settle' and will finally discontinue in 2025, just before they have to pay the hearing fee.
