Will my UC claim be terminated if I keep making no self-employed income?

There's little hiring in my sector (software development, see stats at https://imgur.com/a/YdIgX3x) and I haven't earned any income in months.
Am I at risk of being deemed NOT gainfully self-employed after reporting zero income month after month?

No, if you are already Gainfully self-employed and the MIF applies, then the claim is probably not being looked at the moment.
You have previously asked about UC and self-employment on several occasions. If you are unsure about whether your UC claim is currently suitable because of no realistic prospect of enough work, then perhaps you should contact the Job Centre to have your claim reviewed.

IT employment is very difficult at the moment.
Suggest you do a Google search for ' Tech jobs' to see whether you can find any employed jobs within say 50 miles of where you live. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.1 -
Thanks. Unfortunately I cannot work at a regular non-remote full-time job because of chronic disease. I can't get PIP or LCW either because I'm not sick enough (despite what is often said in this forum you DO HAVE to be rather severely disabled to get either of these things)... I'm kind of screwed in that sense. But it's nice to know my UC claim will go on despite not getting any income.huckster said:No, if you are already Gainfully self-employed and the MIF applies, then the claim is probably not being looked at the moment.

As mentioned in another thread, you will be better off if you are found to be not gainfully self-employed, as the MIF will no longer be applied to you.0
