Hi everyone
I supposedly got a parking fine for somewhere I had parked for under 1 minute. I parked the car and got out and saw a sign that said private car park so got back in and moved it. This car park usually was an open public car park and I hadn't noticed it had been sold.
Anyway since then I've recieved 2 letter one with the fine which was nearly 100 pounds. Then this one saying as ive missed payments etc its going to be assessed for court
What do I do here now. Please advise

Is the parking form GXS?
Just search the forum for the name of the firm and/or location, with the word 'parking' added to your keywords.
Read half a dozen threads just like yours. Obviously Trace Debt Recovery can be completely ignored.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
