Dear Bella165
Norcap and After Adoption as previously mentioned are both reputable registered adoption support agencies. You could also try www.postadoptioncentre.org.uk
or phone their helpline -details on website.
Your local council adoption service has a duty to provide advice and support to everyone affected by adoption, and they will not usually charge you for the service. (Sometimes they will ask other organisations to do this on their behalf, but they will advise you when you contact them). You can also get good general information on support available in your area from www.adoptionsearchreunion.org.uk.
Any individual or organisation that helps adopted people and their birth relatives with contact must be registerd with OFSTED (www.ofsted.gov.uk). They inspect these agencies to make sure that they work to required standards. Make sure that whoever you ask to help you is registered.
You can of course approach the adoption agency that arranged your adoption (if you know which one it was).
As others have said, this will be the start of a journey that can be difficult so make sure that you have some good support.

I'm pleased she wants you to contact her bella. I'll be thinking of you and sending hugs.
I don't think that judgment was being passed on birth parents generally but rather the rejection by the birth parents of that particular poster and that their rejection is their loss.0
