... it's not ... try phoning it ... 0330 9 123 123 calls charged at local rate.@GeoffTF said:Santander now seems to be hiding its phone number away on its website. The number on my debit card is 0800 9 123 123, which I expect is still the standard customer services number. If you are a Select customer, you will find the number for the Select team on your statements.1 -
I guess that makes sense. If they are keeping people hanging on the phone, they are not going to want to pay for the calls.dealyboy said:

Very few people do not have an unlimited call plan on their mobile. For those that don't, splash out on a £5 a month SIM card, make your life easier.GeoffTF said:

They still have an equivalent freephone number that works though. If you use their search bar on the website to search for anything this shows on the bottom of the screen:GeoffTF said:

I've called 0800 389 7000 a few times before and haven't had any issues getting through to them.4 -
That's not very MSE. I spend less than £2 pa on phone calls on PAYG.Beddie said:

And if you want to be very MSE you can even profit from getting a SIM card in the first place.masonic said:

E.g. There's a SIM only deal that I can see in the Snoop app with Lebara which operates on a 1mth plan for 49p/mth for the first 3 months (cancel any time without penalty), which gives 250 mins/mth, unlimited texts and 1GB of data. Snoop currently offer a £5 Amazon gift card if you get this deal with them, which can be sold online if you don't use Amazon leaving you in profit.2 -
I'm also on PAYG.masonic said:

A £10 top-up lasts me 12 to 18 months.
