I was going to suggest that you should perhaps look again at that link that @LDast gave you, where there are over a dozen telephone numbers listed. But without a telephone, they're not much use.

Perhaps you can borrow a telephone from someone and ring some of the numbers listed?
I would suggest starting with the Central London County Court number listed there and asking them your question.

Is that not a telephone then?  I think the suggestion is to make a phone call and ask the question of one of the numbers posted by @LDast

I've advised which court it is
It's not unusual for one court to sit at another
It's the "sitting" one
