CCJ now - Court Case - Gladstone on behalf of PCM UK - DOH 140524

Hey everyone,
I recently found myself in a bit of a legal pickle involving a parking ticket issue with a company. Despite presenting what I believed to be a solid case in court, the judge ruled against me, ordering a payment of £212.
I meticulously outlined my side of the story, highlighting flaws in the claimant's arguments and providing evidence to support my case. However, it seems like the judge didn't see things my way.
I'm feeling a bit lost and unsure of what my next steps should be. Do you think I should appeal the decision? Or should I seek alternative avenues to address this issue?
I'd greatly appreciate any advice or insights you can offer on how to navigate this situation. Thank you in advance for your help!
-. I was delivering parcels on behlf of Amazon when i got into this situation
- Greatwest quarters in Brentford London where this took place
- PCM Uk was claimant and solicitor Gladstone
-. Hearing took place in Wandsworth County court today 14 May
- I was parked in the area where seems to be double red lines but it is a private land
- nearest and only sign was obstructed by a delivery van parked on front.
- Court has ordered to pay £212.
- I thought I had a solid case but did not go as expected even claimant did not attend.
I was discussing this into somebody else's thread and felt like i was hijacking theres so started a new
old conversation: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6523806/court-hearing-at-birmingham-county-court-next-week-do-gladstones-actually-turn-up#latest

Risky and costly to appeal the CCJ the judge issued, with no guarantee of success
Not sure what other avenues you are referring to, your choices are appeal or pay3 -
As a carer i am on UC at the moment and i think can claim fee waiver1

Judge made her judement on that i was parked on double red on main highway which is not the case here that i believe errd in law applying public law on private land.0

Did you bring up the Jopson versus Homeguard case. ? Or any other case where delivery drivers may have won their court case. ? Or won on appeal cases. ? Such as unloading is not parking ?3

it is indeed in my ws on para 19. as taken from forum but verbally not mentioned it even judge was leinent when it started that i was parked for 8 min no grace period given then suddenly when she saw pics then started that i was on double red on main highway when i tried to correct her she stopped me there and did not give chance to this point later to clarify0

I assume that those red lines were on a private road in your case. ?
Why did you not use a yellow line or visitor space. ?3 -
yes missed out on that. yes this is where i was parked .. https://maps.app.goo.gl/j2Le1KywnbmMMxA98
it is contrary to both scenarios if public land then gladstone were not acting on council behalf if private then this is not a red route0 -
Gladstone's acted on behalf of the claimant parking company, not the council , its nothing to do with any council
The claimant parking company acted on behalf of the landowner or leaseholder
The parking company usually send a jobbing advocate on their behalf, Gladstone's do all the prep work but never turn up3
