Office shoes not refunding returned items

Hi,
I returned 4 pairs of shoes I purchased and office shoes have refunded me for 3 pairs.
I returned them via yodel with their returns label, all in the same parcel.
I paid with Kalarna
I have contacted office customer service via email (no phone number available) it has been a very slow process, they are adamant they only received 3 pairs but won't tell me what "investigating" they have done. They won't refer me to a manager either.
Kalarna do have payment protection, the first time I contacted them (within 30days) they didn't tell me there was a time limit on the payment protection, they referred me back to office to sort the issue and extended my payment deadline whilst I did this. I've contacted them again and they have stated because it's passed 30 days they cannot raise a claim with payment protection and I have to find a way to resolve this with office.
I obviously do not want to pay for a pair of shoes I have returned. Any ideas how else I can deal with this?

So you ordered four pairs of shows and returned all four? Whilst it would be difficult to prove what was in the parcels, if the courier has the weight of the parcel then this might help.I can't imagine Office Shoes doing something dodgy, nor can I imagine a Yodel employee wanting your shoes.I would insist on getting details for their complaints team. If they don't provide these then simply write to their head office address.

Yes returned the whole order. Unfortunately yodel don't weigh parcels at drop off so I have no proof of that either. I didn't think Office would do anything dodgy either but here I am. I'll try that thank you0

Hi, can I ask if (and how) your matter got resolved? I’m having exactly the same issue with Office. They said they will investigate and come back to me in 3 days but I’m already predicting a battle if they’re saying they only received 2 of the 3 items I returned. I also used Yodel so no weighing of the parcel ☹️0
