Lebara MSE GIFT CARD

I signed up to Lebara on 8.11.23 having seen on MSE that the sim was all calls and texts plus12gb data for £6.90/month with a £40 gift card after 6 months.
As the 6 months is up I contacted Lebara who refused the deal, saying I have to sign up another person to get this discount.
Any advice please

Signed up 12 October and still not received anything.
The person you've spoken with is likely referring to the £50 refer a friend deal which is different. I've found Lebara customer support to be worse than useless. Holding out hope for the £40 voucher then jumping ship. Dreadful company.2 -
Hi @darleydave - please take a look at this page which explains what to do if you haven't got a voucher you were expecting to receive as a result of signing up for a service via an MSE deal:

I got my £40 a day or two ago. I was pleasantly surprised.

I got my £40 giftcard yesterday;
I waited for the 210 day period to run and contacted Lebara through their online chat.
They said I should receive a claim email within 5-7 working days.
Lo and behold, I received the email (on working day 4), claimed the card and received a £40 Amazon giftcard the following day.
Luckily it all seemed to work itself out, as after reading some of the responses on this forum, I did have my doubts as to whether I would receive it. It was a sign up offer, not the refer a friend offer.0 -
I have been chasing for a month to claim the gift card as the email linl didnt work. Have to agree their customer service is poor so will be taking my business elsewhere.0
