@GrannyKate Thank you, 😊
I guess I just wait for the next letter and go from there. I hope it eventually goes away.1 -

Yes but that reply is from the PPC and they MUST be pushed to erase the old address. They are legally required to handle data rectification. Respond. Insist.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry, I don’t understand. They have my new address now, I changed it with the DVLA after moving. The first letter where I could have appealed went to my old house, I didn’t find out about the fine until it had increased to £170.What do I need to do please?0

Do you realise that a parking company only has one opportunity to get keeper's details from the DVLA?
If they are working with a keeper's old address, they will continue to do so until you instruct them - via a Data Rectification Notice - to replace the address they currently hold for you with the new one which you are now giving them. At the same time instruct them to erase the old address and to ensure that all their agents do the same.4 -
I didn’t know they only have one chance, the initial letter went to my old house, the others have been coming here.Some after the deadline timeframe given for me to respond.I’m shocked they’re allowed to ask for so much money and the intimidation0

But you won't be paying them.
Do as advised. YOU MUST insist that they erase the old address from their database.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
