Morning all
This isn't something that affects me as I don't use them but my local shop (a Premier shop) has a notice up which says & I quote "Please be aware, we do not offer refunds on any vapes even if they are faulty. If you don't like it, don't buy them".
Are they allowed to do this? I know there will be people who use them & they may just go back & say "it's broken" but can they have such a broad sweeping policy?

No, of course they can't.5

They can neither have the sign nor take the action they are proposing. Undoubtably there has been a local issue with certain persons causing problems that have led to the sign being put up.3

If you - or somebody you know is concerned about this - you should complain to CAB and ask them to pass it on to your local Trading Standards for investigation2 -
