Card for under 18s?

I have a Barclays Reward card which is great for spending when abroad. Unfortunately it won't let me add my under 18 son to it as an additional card holder. He is going to France for a week so what card can I get him with no fees?

As Eskbank alludes to, unless your son is 18 and included as an additional cardholder that is not a good idea for numerous reasons.
If something goes wrong.........................cue avoidable drama.
The "it'll be alright on the night" approach is courting problems.
