Does this read ok for my DIY paragraph 3??

    ’
I deny that I was parked at The Piccadilly Trading Estate as suggested by the Claimant. Photographic evidence clearly shows I was parked on Giddings Road, which is an adopted highway by Manchester City Council, maintainable at Public Expense. On an adopted highway, only the local authority or the police can issue a parking charge. Therefore the Claimant is not within their remit to issue the original Parking Fine. I have previously appealed and communicated this to the Claimant but have been ignored.’

Can you show us a picture please? Showing where your car was and the land boundary?

I am seeking out evidence of rogue practice for the government's Consultation. Need images!

And show us the claim form with data, claim no and password redacted of course.

And just a heads up: Deadline extended:

Once your defence is submitted, please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline.

    See this thread:

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.

I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.

    CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all - just completing the N180. On the question for mediation, it seems to suggest someone else can take the call about mediation? Is that possible? Very difficult for me to get time off work so this would be great if it's true?

    marvellous thanks.

In order to email I need to scan this N180 in I presume? And I can only find a generic email for Sip - will that suffice?

I suggest that you DOWNLOAD the N180 DQ document pdf from the gov website,  fill it in and email it as an attachment to the DQ email address at the CNBC in Northampton , not scans

Yes use a generic email address,  if SIP didn't provide one

I wonder if the council have their wires crossed with this GSV shows a definite boundary where Giddings Road begins and it even shows what appear to be some sort of post slots in the road where posts might be inserted, don't rely too much on this without firmer evidence.
Unless you were parked this side of those bricks in the road where the white car is.
But of course the signage as you enter the area is abysmal:

There is definitely a confusion over road names but I have an email from the council clearing up which bit exactly is Giddings Road.
But the car was parked in a space not shown in your picture. It would be one car behind the red car in your picture.

I think you mean IN FRONT of the red car,  because that picture shows the rear of the red car, which is near the demarcation bricks, footway box and post

How about - to the left of the red car - so parked up against what would be the bonnet of the red car
