Car finance reclaim

Hi I brought a vehicle back in June 2016 using Auto bank financial services I have tried to do a reclaim letter using the site template but unfortunately auto bank financial services no longer exists i have tried to find out who took this over but i am not getting very far as the company i thought took them over has emailed back saying that they can't find my agreement and it is not them plz can anyone give me some advice on what to do now.

    There is a dedicated forum for this but if the lender no longer exists and the company that took them over doesn't have your records or liability, there is no-one really to complain to. Do you have any proof of your car finance?
