Yep, although the Prankster blog was about Tower Road or another Newquay site that ParkingEye were infesting. They were also at Fistral Beach at the same time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

POFA only really helps a keeper who wasn't driving, it doesn't really help those who were both keeper and driver, because anything other than "I wasn't driving your honour" may not cut it, and being evasive doesn't look good in court
The point being that if the defendant was driving, POFA goes straight into the nearest bin
As for reviews, you only have to google the location, like the reviews on Parkopedia for example
