Now check the 12 steps in the thread in announcements, so you know what happens next, to be prepared for the next stage, then the next stage, rinse and repeat. There are set procedures and guidelines and deadlines etc, all steps are known already
No need to speculate or guess, its set procedures with deadlines and strict requirements1 -
I can confirm I have now received my N180 from court so will fill this in as advised.Then scan and email to court and CC to DCB Legal.Let’s see what happens next.0

I have an update for all the followers 🤗
4 months on from last messages , two weeks ago I have received Bristol court letter with January date for the hearing.Same day email from DCB arrived offering me settling the case at £170…
ignored as always
Today I have received another email from DCB reading as follow :
” Our client has instructed us to discontinue Court proceedings and close our file. Therefore, please find enclosed the Claimant’s N279 Notice of Discontinuance for your records. ”
seems we have won this long battle now and it was well worth the time and effort.Many thanks for all the help and instructions to all7 -
